- What language will the software be in?
Both NSE and Helm will be available in English, Spanish and Portuguese (depending on the country) and support and training material will also be available in these three languages. However, in the case of NSE, the main master data will be in English, such as, for example, the Equipment Explorer.Likewise, during implementation of both systems, a specialist who speaks the local language will be available in each country to answer user questions. - Will historical information be uploaded into the new systems?
