Chile continues making progress on Helm, this time by planning and preparing training. The process will teach correct software use and answer questions to prepare for system launch and operation.

A new way of doing things always teaches lessons. SAAM Towage Mexico, which is in the lead in terms of Helm implementation, held a special session to share the lessons it has learned along the way.

Reynaldo Ariza, from the SAAM Towage Colombia team, gets us up to speed on that country’s progress with NSE. As a key user for the Maintenance Department, he has followed the implementation process closely.
