With the presence of our Division Manager, Hernán Gómez, we kicked off the first stage of the Helm Compliance project, which forms part of Tripanko. Its focus is on improving the management of quality in our processes.

In this regard, Hernán commented that “we have had a good experience with Helm, it has been a good partner, and this motivates us to search for new opportunities to improve the company’s strategy, to grow and to be the best in the market.”

Among the attributes of Helm Compliance, María Loreto Munizaga, Head of the HSEQ Division, indicates that “it will be a fundamental tool for the administration and ongoing improvement of our management system, leveraging the standardization challenge in HSE and strengthening the quality (Q) of our processes through document control, the traceability of information, timely reporting, data analysis, monitoring plan, alerts and an efficient response to auditing processes and/or certifications. All of this will eventually lead to a more efficient management, greater excellence in our service and a significant step towards a change in the culture of safety that we are leading at our company.”

Chile, Peru, Colombia, Panama and Mexico are part of the first stage of Helm Compliance, and their teams are undergoing training to learn how to use this tool and get the most out of its functions.
