In Guatemala, the Tripanko project is currently at the phase of validating machinery and team hierarchies and fleet maintenance plans. Country Manager Harry Nadle emphasized that the teams have embraced the process with “great motivation and enthusiasm.”

“Tripanko is an important technological step for all the employees who participate in these programs.  This integration is of utmost importance for the organization and its employees, who are the basis or the foundation to fully leveraging the systems,” he affirmed.

Nadle added that, for Guatemala, it will help “put our fleet in a very privileged position since we will be operating under optimal operating and efficiency conditions.”
