We have designed a series of KPIs, or indicators, to measure end-user performance in the Maintenance and Purchasing processes. They aim to detect when the processes are not being conducted properly and identify opportunities for improvement.

On April 29th, the Tripanko and Panama teams met to review adherence to the NSE system in recent months. The Tripanko team presented the data and KPIs obtained as well the targets for optimal software use.

We expect these KPIs to be visible through Qliksense soon to optimize the analysis of information and reporting.

Likewise, new and improved KPIs for system use will continue to be added.
