Education and profession: I have a bachelor’s of business management at Universidad de Carabobo, the second most prestigious university in my home country: Venezuela.

Describe your role in the project: As Key User and NSE trainer for both administrative personnel and fleet crews, I have provided support on a variety of topics throughout the project. This has ranged from system configurations, theoretical-practical reviews of processes, opportunities for improvement, help developing user support platforms, interactive courses and even advice based on my experience as a trainer. My work is related not only to system use and knowledge transfer, but also involves soft skills like how to treat course participants and express empathy.

What do you like to do in your free time? Watch movies, sightsee and listen to music.

Favorite childhood food: Pizza.

Last book you read: “Capítulo final: el homicidio de Mónica Spear” (“The Final Chapter: The Murder of Mónica Spear”, on the investigation of a very shocking murder that took place in Venezuela.

Favorite movie: I like a lot of movies, but I am going to mention “Colonia” and “The Next Three Days,” which are highly recommendable.

Unforgettable experience: I love sports, so seeing Roger Federer play live was a dream come true and one of the experiences I most fondly remember.
