SAAM Towage Chile finished training its team to continue Tripanko implementation. Fifteen professionals and two representatives from corporate participated in the training to review the purchasing process and its associated documents.

One attendee, Vicente Pardo, New Projects Engineer at SAAM Towage, commented that these trainings “are essential to standardizing system implementation processes and going live with the fewest possible difficulties.”

Regarding the challenges ahead, he noted that the differences between the old and new purchasing systems will take practice to get used to “and training is an essential part of that.”

He added that the next steps “are to apply the knowledge acquired to go live. There will probably be additional future training sessions to complement the practical experience and consolidate knowledge and adaptation.”
