Adelis Gómez joined the SAAM Towage corporate team as Deputy Engineering Manager in June this year. At her former position as Maintenance Manager in Mexico, she was familiar with the Tripanko project: “they are world-class systems in their respective areas of application, used by companies that want to establish functional processes that contribute to operational efficiency in a versatile and organized way,” she highlights among the attributes of these technological tools. “For SAAM Towage, operational excellence is a goal and Tripanko is the tool to get there,” she emphasizes.

The implementation of Tripanko brings several improvements to the operation. Among these, Adelis mentions that “the correct use of it will provide technical and administrative traceability to our operations, generating adherence to processes aimed at developing ongoing improvements at SAAM Towage and strengthening high-impact areas that affect compliance with our commitments, such as operational service, maintenance and acquisitions.”

For Adelis, the implementation of Tripanko in the Maintenance Department “has been an interesting journey, full of lessons, as we have a diverse fleet, with unique elements at each subsidiary and a wide range of experience, making technical standardization a challenge. However, we have capable teams that are willing to embark on this change in direction and improvements that the company is making.”
