To gain perspective on the perception of users about NSE, gather comments and identify opportunities for improvement, the company surveyed employees in Mexico, Panama, Uruguay, Peru, Costa Rica, Guatemala and El Salvador.

“We anticipated that the survey would reveal the need to concentrate efforts around change  management. However, we found results that reflected users eager to learn and optimistic about the value that this new system can give them,” comments Isidora Zegers, Tripanko New Projects Engineer.

She adds that “we are in the early stages of rollout, with a steep learning curve -naturally due to the implication of learning to use a new system-, and therefore the key to moving forward successfully is to transform training into a recurring activity with the support of local Key Users.”

On the other hand, the survey showed signs of opportunities for improving the operation of the system and associated processes, which should be addressed through diverse action plans that have been put in place.

“In terms of ongoing improvements, the road ahead involves focusing on the analysis of maintenance plans, training, both on board and in office, and optimizing the supply processes through the system. In this sense, the company will work one country at a time to adapt the action plans and reinforce the necessary processes,” Isidora points out.
