At SAAM we are working on the BPM+ corporate project, which aims to change and better structure the way we manage processes within our company, based on the definition of six dimensions:  flow and policy, risks, controls, system, KPI and governance.

“BPM+ is connected to Tripanko because the goal of both projects is standardization, from a systemic and management viewpoint, to sustain our 2025 Build to Grow strategy and move towards a process implementation and standardization model,” explains Nicolás García, Quality Systems Analyst at SAAM Towage.

Nicolás highlights that BPM+ is a long-term project that aims to encompass all our processes, giving it the necessary robustness to continue our global presence and growth. “Its advantages include the way we manage our processes, with a clear vision and components that facilitate post-standardization adoption and monitoring. This, added to a concrete corporate definition, facilitates its adaptation and dissemination, as well as the identification of opportunities for improvement and change management. All this will enable us to make our processes more efficient and generate a virtuous cycle sustained on a standard methodology of ongoing improvement,” he comments.

“For this project to be a success, it is critical that multiple stakeholders participate in the process, from its construction to adoption, and therefore we extend the invitation to participate actively, approach us at the Process Transformation Office, propose opportunities detected and above all, pay attention to next steps for BPM+,” says Nicolás in closing.
