Crews in Panama were instructed in the Moodle NSE course content as part of the Maintenance and Purchasing Module, according to each user’s position in the company and role in the platform. This training will translate into more efficient processes.

“The course had a good outcome, as it reinforced the participants’ knowledge of how to use the NSE tool, with clear explanations and simulations, helping them to assimilate the content in an easy, dynamic, and interactive way,” commented Ricardo Pérez, Maintenance System Administrator.

“NSE is a core workplace tool and becoming familiar with it and receiving the training allows our staff to handle it more fluidly, and not get bogged down on processes because of a lack of knowledge or expertise,” commented Superintendent Mónica Ayala. “What I liked most about the course was that I was able to reinforce my existing knowledge. I also learned to use certain tools that I was not very familiar with, such as using the filter to find what I am looking for faster and more efficiently, and setting up my workstation so I can see what I’m really interested in at a glance,” he concluded.
