Freshservice is the IT help desk platform that centralizes your requests related to Tripanko software (NSE and Helm).

The help desk will provide services including: software support (Finance, NSE and Helm), hardware support (PC/notebook, printer), account administration (setting passwords, opening/closing accounts) and master data.

Use the platform to review your activity, tickets and responses to your requests.

This tool is already available in Chile, Costa Rica, Panama, Mexico, Guatemala and Uruguay, and now it’s Ecuador’s turn.

Brazil, Canada and Colombia will also soon enjoy all the functionalities of this help desk.

Remember that a Freshservice ticket can be generated in three different ways by:

  1. Sending a detailed description of your request or the incident to helpdesk@saamtowage.com.
  2. Downloading the Freshservice App from Playstore or App Store.
  3. Going to the URL http://helpdesk.saam.com/, and entering your account name and network password.
