Administrative personnel in Costa Rica, Guatemala, Mexico and Panama completed the dry-dock training module.

The three-day online training covered the three main steps of dry-docking (planning, hiring and execution) from macro to micro. They went over flow charts for each step and took tests on the platform. “This gave users a clearer idea of NSE’s potential and the steps for using it properly,” said Jaime Reyes, planning engineer.

The dry-docking training module complements previous training offered by our supplier (ABS) on maintenance, purchasing, mobile applications, reporting, KPIs and document management.

The sessions also included a series of NSE software demonstrations and time for participants to practice in order to maximize their learning.

“This type of training is essential. Participants acquire theoretical and practical knowledge. These opportunities also enable direct interaction with experts, who can answer questions and address concerns,” noted Jaime, who participated in the training.
