We are configuring the new Drydocking Model that we will have in NSE. The objective is to facilitate drydock management within the life cycle of a tug, addressing four key stages: planning, hiring, execution and closing. To that end, the tool has been designed to adapt to our fleet’s operational context.

One of the module’s main advantages is its ability to keep a centralized historical document record for each tug throughout its useful life. Deviations of critical aspects, such as budget and planning, can also be controlled. Once drydocking has been concluded, a complete report can be downloaded and used to continuously improve our processes.

Currently, we are working with the key users from several countries to test the system under a variety of scenarios to simulate real drydocking. This new module is expected to be available in early May.
