Freshservice is the new IT help desk that centralizes your requests related to Tripanko software (NSE and Helm).

The help desk will provide services including software support (Finance, NSE and, coming soon, Helm), hardware support (PC/Notebook, printer), account administration (setting passwords, opening/closing accounts) and master data.

Use the platform to review your activity, tickets and responses to your requests.

The tool is already available in Panama, Mexico, Guatemala and Uruguay, and is coming soon to  Ecuador, Chile, Costa Rica, Brazil, Canada and Colombia.

Create a Freshservice ticket in one of three ways:

  1. Send a detailed description of your request or the incident to helpdesk@saamtowage.com.
    Remember to include your phone number when creating your first ticket via e-mail.
  2. Download the Freshservice App from Playstore or App Store. Open the app and go to URL:http://helpdesk.saam.com/
    Enter your account name and network password (username and the password you use to log into your corporate PC). You are done! Now you can send a request or incident report from your cellular phone.
  3. Go to URL http://helpdesk.saam.com/, enter your account name and network password. Add the Freshservice platform to your favorites to keep it easily accessible.
